Forming only in mid 2008 lead singer Gulzhan and guitarist Mark are Universal You.
Respectful of bands and artists like Shinedown, Guns 'n' Roses and RHCP’s that don’t stick to the same song formula, Universal You freely admit to taking on different styles and genres allowing cross-over appeal. Their influences range from Michael Jackson to Avenged Sevenfold, a truely eclectic, open minded view to all genres of music.
Their lat two singles “Your Sin City” and "Iskala" released through their own label (Joesoap Records) found airtime on over 40 UK national radio stations including the BBC stations and picked up excellent press and online reviews.
